Website
When you use our website, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and other information you provide when contacting us or requesting information about our products and services.
Our website may also automatically receive limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and basic usage information, where necessary for website operation, security, and troubleshooting.


Infinity Smart Home App
When you create an account in the Infinity Smart Home app, we collect your mobile number, or your email address if you sign in using email, to identify your account.
To operate your smart home, we store information associated with your account, including:

  • Homes you create

  • Rooms you create

  • Devices you add or configure

  • Scenes you create

  • Device states reported by your connected devices

  • Commands sent to your devices

  • Commands or instructions received through a connected voice assistant

This information is used to provide the smart-home functionality you request.


2. Infinity Smart Home App and Voice Assistants
The Infinity Smart Home app can be connected with supported voice-assistant services, including Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
When you link your Infinity Smart Home account with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you may use voice commands to control your devices or run scenes that you have chosen to expose to the voice assistant.
What we collect
We collect and store the information required to operate your Infinity Smart Home account and devices, including the homes, rooms, devices, scenes, device states, and commands associated with your account.
This may include commands that originate from a connected voice assistant.
How we use it
We use this information only to:

  • Operate your own connected devices

  • Allow you to control your devices through the Infinity Smart Home app

  • Allow you to control supported devices and scenes through Amazon Alexa or Google Home when you choose to link them

  • Run scenes and commands requested by you

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide support when something does not work

We do not sell your information and we do not use information collected through the Infinity Smart Home app or voice-assistant integrations for advertising.
Who else receives it
Google Firebase verifies your sign-in on our behalf.
When you link Amazon Alexa or Google Home, the applicable voice-assistant service may receive the names of the scenes that you choose to expose and the commands you speak to that assistant.
For voice control, we receive from the connected assistant the instruction necessary to perform the requested action, such as running a scene.
Our servers and related services are operated using a cloud hosting provider.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

3. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through our website, app, and services to:

  • Create and maintain your account

  • Provide and operate the Infinity Smart Home service

  • Connect your account with supported devices

  • Operate devices, rooms, homes, and scenes configured by you

  • Process commands that you send through the app or supported voice assistants

  • Provide customer support

  • Troubleshoot technical problems

  • Maintain the security and reliability of our services

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing or supporting the services described in this Privacy Policy.


4. Voice Assistant Information
If you connect Infinity Smart Home with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you control that connection through the applicable voice-assistant platform.
The voice assistant processes your voice commands according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Infinity Smart Home receives the information necessary to perform the requested smart-home action. For example, when you ask a connected voice assistant to run an exposed scene, our service receives the corresponding instruction required to run that scene.
You can disconnect or unlink the voice-assistant integration at any time through the applicable voice-assistant service.
Unlinking a voice assistant removes its access to your Infinity Smart Home account immediately.


5. Data Retention
We keep your account information and smart-home information for as long as your account exists and as necessary to provide the Infinity Smart Home service.
If you unlink a voice assistant, its access to your Infinity Smart Home account is removed immediately.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at:

We may retain limited information where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.


6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we process against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected-device access information secure.


7. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our services.
For example, Google Firebase is used to support authentication and sign-in.
Our application infrastructure and servers may also be operated through a cloud hosting provider.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide the services they perform on our behalf.


8. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate our services, provide authentication, host our systems, troubleshoot problems, or provide technical support.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, systems, or property.
